Shaddie Ali El Nashar

Managing Director

Shaddie El Nashar is a senior executive with 18 years of extensive experience in regional investments. He has demonstrated expertise in structuring, implementing, and managing diversified investment portfolios across multiple asset classes and sectors. His career encompasses launching, operating, and acquiring businesses in healthcare, hospitality, retail, oil and gas, energy, real estate, and food and beverage. In addition to spearheading greenfield projects, he has managed allocations across various private equity and venture capital funds, consistently driving strategic growth and value creation.

Ahmad Al Khalil

Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs

Ahmad Al Khalil possesses over 20 years of experience providing legal counsel to multinational corporations and prominent law firms throughout the GCC and Levant. He holds a law degree from the University of Bristol and an MBA from NYIT. His areas of expertise encompass corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, technology, employment, real estate, and criminal law. Ahmad’s practice encompasses contract negotiation, corporate structuring, dispute resolution, and the navigation of complex regulatory frameworks, with a strong emphasis on delivering pragmatic and commercially focused legal solutions.

Mohammed Hussein Al Assadi

Advisor - Construction

Mohammed Al Assadi is a Projects Manager at KBR; based in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. He has a track record in the construction industry spanning 20 years and has worked on landmark projects such the Abu Dhabi International Airport Midfield Terminal, Yas Bay, Armed forces club and hotel Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Exhibition center, Zayed National Museum and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, U.A.E.

Essa Al Sharafi is a Senior Vice President at Gerab National Enterprises focusing on downstream and upstream activities in the Oil & Gas sector in addition to other industries such as Power Generation, Water Desalination, Petrochemical Processing, Mining, Construction and Shipbuilding Industries. He previously held positions at Emirates Steel Industries and Dolphin Energy Limited. Essa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Lynn University, USA and received a Master’s degree in International Relations from Paris-Sorbonne University.
